Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Securely
Place your jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected, and include a copy of your original packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
